If you are going to make a guide, make sure you explain at least everything that is in your build.

Basically your runes, but also your item section!
Your item section can use a lot more information than it has now.
Make sure you explain every item.

Afterwards, put the skill chapters in front of the item chapter instead of after it, and then it looks fine :D

Bunch of stuff here:

1. You got 9 / 3 of them in the sheet.

2. GREATER Glyph of Health Regen are not viable. Get MR / lvl or AP or something similar.

3. Boots of Swiftness are inferior to all other boots, simply because they don't offer tenacity, extremely reduced damage or more spellpen.

4. Heal isn't that great summoner spell on Cho imo, rather run something else. There is nothing better than a yummy Flash Feast.

5.? It's incomplete and incomplete guides shouldn't be released. You need more sections how to lane etc.

6. Please don't mix twisted treeline with summoner's rift. Make a clear line between them.
