I used this build to just carry a 4 on 5 game to victory. I chose Exhaust instead of cleanse.

Yea recently went 26-0. Build rapes. Maybe not so much early game but i use ghost to get away instead of cleanse. Ignite to finish ppl off. Again cant say thanks enough.

I normally run into massive MP starvation following your exact item build.

I started trying going Phil. Stone -> Boots -> Warmog -> Boots of Swiftness, it seemed to solve my MP problems.

I also go Cleanse/Ghost to ensure I can catch up to edible range.
