Cho'gath is one of my favorite characters to play so i made a guide although he is a bruiser you can use him as a tank/carry/AP hybrid in games.
his moves Rupture/Feral Scream can give you high CC.
Feast is an all around great move:
giving you HP for killing a minion being feasted
and does high amounts of damage.

Pro's: high CC moves
Can make opponents move back because of rupture
Tanky

Con's: Easy to harass if you know how
if your opponents have stuff like madreds bloodrazor/sorcerors shoe's those penetrate armor
Slow

1: Change Guardian Angel for a Warmogs armor if you find that your enemies cannot kill you
2: Change thornmail into Force of Nature if your enemies has more mages
3: Change Ninja Tabi for Mercury Treads if the other team has high CC.
4: Want dorans item?: thats kinda too bad i dont like to use them only when its first time lol
5:Need more HP?: change thornmail for Warmogs armor

I usually take flash and exhaust with me because:
When i want to feast i can catch up to them easier.
Other alternatives:
Ignite
Clarity
Teleport
Cleanse
...
Don't Use any others.......-_-

ONLY DO IT IF YOUR BORED.......GET RED/BLUE BUFF AND THATS IT XD

As Your cho'gath your job in teamfights is to use your Crowd Contolling moves: Rupture/Feral Scream To:
ensure your allies take in less damage
Leave your enemies more vulnerable to attacks
Push the other team back while you feast on their friends :)
use rupture to slow your enemies so they cannot run they must stand their ground and die

Not many people use Cho'gath for Elo matches as my friend TTGCmaru say's he's more of a fun based character so yeah dont use him for ranked play unless you dont care about your elo.....:P
