oh my god. i dont know how many times i have to say this but wtf. when i made this build i said this is not a tank build, not a hybrid or an offtank. this is for pure damage output. i dont give a rats *** if you put a banshees veil instead of a rylias or a frozen heart instead of an abyssal scepter. build how you want to. i said this so many times. i seriously hate when people downvote a guide when they ha nt even tried it out once.

You really should grab at least 1 true tank item on Cho. While going pure AP can be stupid OP on Cho'Gath, 9 times out of ten, if you take cho in solo queue, people expect you to tank, not to AP carry, and sometimes people ***** and moan that "tank isn't tanking" because they wouldn't listen to you in champ select when you said you're building pure AP cho. It's not that the guide isn't good, but I would suggest discussing a situational FoN or banshees.

i dont saying what rulai is bad, i said u what u dont have magic many magic resists vs ap, u are solotop, not ap mid, it's desirable to build offtanky, in this build u have only hp and some armor, if enemy team playing with ap top and ap mid, u can die easilly, but its situative items. I DONT SAYING WHAT U GUIDE IS TERRIBLE, i only sayin, what items in my opinion u can buy!

oh, and i bet you didnt even try this build once

and like i said a hundred times before you decided to dislike before you read the entire guide, YOU DONT HAVE TO FOLLOW MY GUIDE STEP BY STEP. Rylias is for the catching up potential which you WILL NEED when your a burst dps. if you cant catch up to your enemies good luck. if you dont want rylias for the slow of extra ap or the extra health, then get abyssal scepter. im just disappointed in people like you who put others down to bring themselves up.

Look, u can sell the rulai cause u have own hp, u can buy abyssal scepter, slow on rulai good, but i prefer to buy ressists, zhonya is ok, and others too, my cho is tanky dps, ur cho burster. U can play how u think, but in my opinion tanky dps > burster cho

If u go full ap u have many damage, but u dont have survival, resists, add guadian angel, or smthing same.

p.s. being tanky isnt as imprtant as looking tanky (per say). looking like a building makes you look like a rammus with full build. just saying, intimidation is the key to victory. dont look tanky and run away, harrass, make it look like your doing your job "right" when your actually doing it "wrong". :D

@cleardays thank you for the constructive criticism. like i said, you dont have to follow my guide 100%. i sometimes max out feral scream for that cc from those annoying *** champs like gp or akali when they come in to deal that "UMPH" worth of burst, only to stop and say.... wtf?! but even still, i prefer the vorpal spikes max first due to the minion farm, not the harass. i go for maximum money early game to keep you ahead late game. if you get ganked, then you need to practice on being more map aware or buy wards, or simply ask your team to report mias.
