I do love how you copy/pasted exactly the same response from my guide to yours. I'm not going to vote up/down because I wouldn't do that to a guide on a character I wrote a guide for- it's just shameless self promotion.
I will fully admit that Hybrid Cho' can be usefull. However, he is not the same kind of team player that tank Cho is. If you have someone on your team that really is full tank, by all means go hybrid. But if your team expects you to be able to survive anything, hybrid will usually make your team lose.
As to number of games played... you have PLAYED probably 100, I have at least 100 WINS with him alone.

Actually I have tried his build. I've played probably 100 games with Cho' at this point and there are a number of builds I've tried including his.
As for the tank part you mention, I have never had a problem getting to the frozen heart. Unless a team surrenders, I usually will have finished the frozen heart. Most of the time I'll even finish the Death Cap.
If you Nom well and rupture/scream minions and neutrals, Cho' earns quite a bit of cash. He isn't a traditional tank that is poor at laning and he should be treated as such.
I started playing Cho as a tank and I have come to the conclusion is they suck compared to the hybrids. Simply because I die rarely as a hybrid I see no reason in wasting money and space on things that make me live longer.
I just didn't feel like writing a long review. I wouldn't have written anything if he didn't require it. I honestly felt his requirement of a review for the vote is why other people who play hybrid cho's didn't down-vote the build. So, instead of wasting my time and others I wrote something short.
But thank you for your concern about the ethics of posting on the internet.

Nice job self-promoting your guide by downvoting NOM NOM's with little reasoning and without trying it. I'd respond more negatively, but I won't sink to your level.

Your build lacks the tank part of it until extremely late, many games you won't even reach the "tank" since you have to have acheived over 10k gold to get the armor and magic resistance items.
