Alistar Nice to lvl agains. You can easily evade his skills. As long as you don´t get too cloese, so that he can´t get into range to do a q and then an e, you have a happy farming time.

During a Fight

The Role of ChooChoo Sona depends more on before and after the fight, than do a significant role in the fight.
Before the fight you need to poke down what you can find.
Try to ward whatever you can from the key locations around your fighting grounds.
In the fight, try to disable as many people as possible with your ult. Prioritize their Carrys. Additionally try to slow the carrys as much as possible so that they neither can run away, nor move into a better powsition to take out your team.
As Sona, you try to heal and sustain your wounded allies.
After the teamfight, if you lost, your job is to disable the enemys Pusuit and save as manny allies as possible with your speedboost from captain and e
If won, same thing, only so that the enemys won´t escape. Your average poke against non-tanky characters should provide you with enough execute power to take out, or at least scare enemy adc if found in the jungle. If not, e-Run for your lives.

Pros / Cons

Pros:

    You control the movement speed of your enemy and your allies.
    You have a well balanced offense and defense.
    You are faster than 90% of the other champions
Cons:
    You are pretty Squishy, especially early Midgame
    The Dmg of the Team does not depend on your behaviour
    Because you need to be a little agressive at all times to make this work, you risk being picked and nuked by the enemy carrys.
