I know the list is long and confusing, i start with wriggles for wards and the attributes, but i switch it into madreds bloodrazor, i later switch the boots for phantom dancer.

Farming, i prefer to jungle but if someone else wants to i can lane, either works fine, but you have to farm hardcore. I start at the wolves with my W skill, then move to wraiths, then golems, then lizard, then recall and get golem, then preferably gank if possible, if not i repeat and recall for boots. If you have issues with sight after u ult, i reccomend clairvoyance. Tell you ally to initiate and then ult in and use your q, then fear them, then repeat till they die or u can't kill them.
