Your build is old but technically still viable (IE is much better on cait..)

Main problem is in your guide. You have NO information at all about Cait's characteristics besides a bit in the matchup section.

Cheatsheet is fine for the most part (perhaps the most disagreement could be at the masteries).

However, your written section is a complete mess. No one would want to learn from the written section of this guide at all. You should proof-read and think about presentation, i.e BBCoding.

This is a case of 'good build, bad guide'.
