The match-up works kind of like most other bruisers. You want to get some armor at the start, from both runes and a cloth armor, harass with Parrrley, try and avoid his Q's, use Remove Scurvy to get out of his slows if you need to (will help when trying to avoid his Q), get a Wriggle's Lantern as first item and make sure you get Ninja Tabi early on as well.
Basically if you manage to avoid his Q's and trade with him if he does you should win, if he does hit his Q's, avoid fighting.

I'd say this is a pretty amazing guide rune/mastery and item wise.

Altho - I think you should try maxing Raise Moral and Remove Scurvy first, due to the fact the damage on Parrrley doesn't increase too much per level, the gol per level isn't too significant either. Whereas the healing, and the increased damage just snowball, i think it helps out on your lane if your wanting to push, and when you have your Raise Morale at level 2, even without any form of AD rune, ur Parrrley will kill a caster minion after 1 turret attack. Which makes farming under your turret a total breeze if your opponent is annoying and pushy.

Im no expert, so if all that is ridiculous, my bad. ^^

You generally want to max Parrrley first to keep up the harass as you level up. While the damage increase isn't that significant, it's still an increase and definitely noticable. There are a couple of lanes where you'll want to max Remove Scurvy first though. I wouldn't really max Raise Morale first as you're not likely to get the full effect of it in the laning phase and it's more of a team fighting ability.

I personally prefer rushing an Infinity blade because it, along with the Atmas makes his damage skyrocket. I'm talking 40%+ off someone's health pool with just 1 parrrley. I did like the matchup section, though you could probably add more there.

While Infinity Edge certainly is the best option for damage, Gangplank is still a pretty squishy melee champion and you'll need some sort of survivability before you start going for more damage. When you rush for an Infinity Edge, you're looking at a very vulnerable laning phase where you'll be very weak while you're trying to farm up the gold for the Infinity Edge.
