I see no problem with your guide or build, and it is indeed a very effective Vayne build. The thing your guide is lacking most at the moment is formatting, aesthetics and coding.

I enjoyed reading the guide, but it is not pretty to look at. If you're game, you could have a look at my Guide about Making a Guide which details how to add in a lot of BBCode and such.

Very solid build. The Black Cleaver is MADE for Vayne, and rushing it produces great results. I've waffled back and forth between Doran's Blade and Boots of Speed + 3 Health Potions for starting items, more so when going mid rather than duo laning bottom lane with a support that's cool with giving up the farm. With the movement speed from her passive, you've almost made up the 50 speed from boots, plus the mobility from tumble, so boots aren't as necessary in the solo lane as they might be for Ashe or someone else. The potions do give you 600 effective health, which is great for sustainability, so I'd usually go between the two depending on which lane and which opponent(s) I anticipate. Good build overall, I also like the survivability built in.
