Hope you guys enjoy this build, it usually works for me. I Find maxing your Primal Surge first is a great idea. It can heal up to 25-75% of heal depending on the champion. I wanted to make this build because it was semester change and I was pretty bored. Make sure to use your cougar form a lot it is a great nuker the combo I use for her cougar is "w" to pounce of the enemy then "q" to raise your buffs and then "e" that should harass them quite a bit. later in games try to use your spear if you are fed, I find if you throw your spear and it hits say, Teemo from max distance it can do more than 50% of his health, Keep in mind that if you are not fed than the turnout may not be as great as I am making it seem.
