How To Counter Jungle Effectively

Start the game with a Vampiric Scepter, immediately run to blue, and begin laying boxes in the corner of blue, so that the boxes aggro blue buff not the minions.
Once, you have blue immediately run the opponents red buff, and lay a box in red bush, you can either gank them at their double golems, or if low enough kill him right when he walks past red buff.
No matter if the gank succeeds or fails, make sure not to die, but still keep laying boxes throughout the enemy junglers jungle to annoy him and mess up hit jungling pattern.
Whenever you aren't ganking the enemy jungler. Then gank the easiest lane that is close. If you start on the top-right of the map continue to camp bottom, and middle. If you spawn on the bottom-left of the map continue to deny the top lane, and make sure your top is safe from the enemy jungler.

Skill Sequence

The reason that I max Deceive before two-shiv is because you can be more aggresive, and the cooldown reduction bonus + blue buff, will allow you to steal the enemies jungle to keep yourself leveled, and also escape if he comes up on you. If you aren't the more aggresive jungler and you prefer to just kill your own jungle and not counter/jungle. I would suggest maxing two-shiv first, because it will make your ganks more reliable.
