crazy cow build, this build makes you tanky and strong enough to get kills instead of just getting assists. he can minion farm easily and also he can turret dive with no problems(usually using alistar's ultimate). anyone with another knock up or knock back can be easily helpful to do good with alistar someone like poppy or xin zhao, they could destroy anyone within their lane. this build you can tank,dps tower dive ,you can save team ates like crazy. since alistar is slow and just with boots of lucidity he to slow to catch up or keep up with team ates or enemies with trinity force he gains attack speed to catch up to almost anyone and it makes him hit harder and faster good tank dps over all
