You're building a "CRIT" Shaco, so your Skill Sequence should focus on early Decieve where your critdamage shines. Decieve is your main source of Damage.

Runes incomplete and you have 18x Marks...

I would change Masteries to 21/0/9 ( Exp. for early Mana Golem )
