Well i found that in late game a crit teemo can take down an enemy faster than ap. You just have the 100 percent crit chance and very fast attack speed and the enemy is dead. you also want a litte ap incase the people get away with low health and you have your poison. The mushrooms in this are basically for just scouting as well.
