need penetration or dmg marks/quints

Sorry but this build has strange items for twitch, after trying it out I must say there are better builds out there

Crit twitch has already been proven to be worse than flat penetration runes.

why u put mana regen.... for me is so useless

twitch crit isnt really my style but its a good build

Benefit more from the gold then 1-5s less dead

I really don't see the point in the Greed mastery. Might as well take 6.66% dead time reduction...?!??!??!
