First of all,

this guide is very simplistic and short as it only revolves around the items, masteries, spells, and runes used for Fiora. I'll tell you why I picked the items above, but you will have to have your own playing style (hopefully one that fits the purpose of this build).

as you can see from the items above, this build is intended for an AD carry with high DPS, critical chance, and critical damage attributes, but with very low physical and magical defenses. The main defense for this build is the high damage and attack speed combined with a high lifesteal attribute.

tweak the build as you see fit. Obtaining all the items above leaves you with one extra slot as the Vampiric Scepter goes towards the Executioner's Calling. Switch out what you need to, but remember the purpose for this build.

Greater Mark of Desolation Greater Quintessence of Desolation

These should be self-explanatory. Armor penetration marks and quintessences are aimed towards increasing your attack power while the armor seals and magic resist glyphs are to provide a basic defense for your early game.

However I also suggest 3 Greater Quintessence of Vampirism's instead of the Greater Quintessences of Desolation. Unfortunately the build editor does not have these implemented as I was going to add them in place of the armor penetration quints. In using these quintessences, you get an additional total of +6% lifesteal, which adds towards your survivability at the cost of some added armor penetration. The reason for this is because you're going to be doing critical damage anyways, so in theory the amount of critical damage you do will yield the same amount of damage in the early game as you would do if you had armor penetration quintessences instead. You might as well give yourself additional survivability since there are no defensive items in the build (although it's up to you to tweak it).

You might be thinking that since this is a critical attack-type build, "Well why not just replace the armor penetration marks with critical chance marks?" The answer is based on Fiora's early game. The first critical chance item you get is the Executioner's Calling, which gives you 15% critical chance. Usually you don't get that for a while so with just critical chance runes alone, the probability of you critically attacking someone in your early game is low. It would be best to just boost your damage instead with those armor penetration marks because you would not get in a lot of critical attacks anyways with critical chance marks.

I chose a standard 21/9/0 AD offensive build with a touch of defense.

Vampiric Scepter

Berserker's Greaves

Upgrade the Vampiric Scepter into an Executioner's Calling

Infinity Edge

Phantom Dancer

All items are chosen for their attack speed, lifesteal, attack damage, and/or critical chance/damage attributes.

After the Berserker's Greaves, I go straight for the B.F. sword B.F. Sword. If you've already been racking up kills in the early game, get the sword before you get your boots. Once you get this sword, you will start doing some real damage.

After you get your Phantom Dancer's you can probably get whatever you want, but I prefer The Bloodthirster so I get added damage and more lifesteal.

Notice that I have not included much attack speed items other than the Phantom Dancer's and the Berserker's Greaves. You don't need any more attack speed items because you already have your Burst of Speed skill. Remember, there is an attack speed cap.

Skill Sequence

Blade Waltz (R)

Riposte (W)

Burst of Speed (E)

Lunge (Q)

Obviously master your Blade Waltz skill as soon as possible. In terms of your three basic skills, put one point into each one at the beginning of the game then put emphasis on W, E, and Q in that order.

Max Riposte first so that the attack damage it grants you boosts your early game, thereby giving you an advantage in getting those kills, or at least in dealing high damage.

Burst of Speed is the heart of the DPS characteristic of this build as it increases attack speed tremendously. The more times you attack, the more you heal and the greater the chance of obtaining critical hits.

Summoner Spells

It's up to you really. Ignite and Flash are what I usually use most.

I suppose you can even start with Smite instead of Ignite and jungle with this build due to the high amount of lifesteal, except start out with health potions before the Vampiric Scepter.

So there you go. High attack damage, critical chance, critical damage, and lifesteal. Low physical and magical defense.

Like any champion, if you play her smart, you will survive. It's very easy for her to get a kill, but she's very vulnerable, especially with this build.
