Introduction

Gangplank is a late game carry with this build. Just farm farm farm, get your gp10s, and farm some more. After you get your Infinity Edge, you can get a little more aggressive.

Also, if the enemy has a lot of gap-closers, or will just be hard to lane against, you may consider getting flash instead of exhaust. Another good summoner skill is heal, but make sure to take the mastery point on it if you use this summoner spell.
