Good guide.

Some constructive criticism:

• Frozen Mallet is a necessity on Riven. Why? Because it allows you to combo more efficiently and stop them getting away from you so you can rinse and repeat the process. The health is very beneficial to Riven as well, and because of her crazy-high AD ratios, that 20 damage will add an extra kick. Sure, Warmog's Armor can give you more attack damage from Atma's Impaler, but I prefer the utility Frozen Mallet provides.
  If you do not want it in your main build, at least mention it as an alternative item.
• You might also want to add an aggressive start route, which I tend to favour. It consists of mainly Doran's Blade, Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage and Brute Force . This will give you an early attack damage boost of 20, which makes you damage from ouch to OMGWTFBBQ. Even if you start with Doran's Shield, 10 damage makes a huge early game difference.
• I suggest you list some alternative items and runes, because you will need different items according to the enemy team. Counter-building is what can make you deadly AND hard to kill.
• Great job mentioning to use Riven's Runic Blade. It pains me to see Rivens spamming their skills without using this (especially since it's currently free week -.-).
• I suggest replacing Youmuu's Ghostblade with Last Whisper if the enemy team has a fair bit of armour, even if it means sacrificing cooldown reduction, because in the long run, Last Whisper will allow you to do more damage.
• Your skill order is not very optimal in my opinion. I suggest maxing out Ki Burst first, then Valor, leaving Broken Wings till last. Of course, we still have that point in Broken Wings at level 1, but when you level Broken Wings, all it does is increase the damage, whereas maxing out Ki Burst and Valor reduces their cooldowns AND increases their effectiveness. I leave one point in Broken Wings until I max out Ki Burst and Valor. The main purpose of this is to increase the spamming of your abilities as well as increasing your damage, as well as only using Broken Wings in the meanwhile to proc Runic Blade.
• You haven't really explained why you chose the masteries you did and what benefits they have for Riven.
• Riven has many amazing combos that she can pull off. I suggest you make a section outlining certain combos to use in this situation and that situation, such as the combo for going in for the kill, for quick and easy harassment, facing an enemy with spammable CC etc.
• I recommend jhoijhoi's Making a Guide to improve the aesthetics in your guide and make it easier to read, if you haven't already.

That's all I have to say for this build. Seems pretty solid and it looks promising. I just won't be upvoting yet, until I see some differences that really make it stand out to me, and possibly some other people.
