Flash should be top choice

I made a few changes after some more play. Here are the big parts:

1. Clarity switched for teleport. I have found that being able to get into the fight more quickly outweighs the need for early power leveling.

2. Magic Pen boots switched for Boots of Swiftness

3. Bandage Toss moved to lvl 4 from 5

4. Minor changes to items and masteries.

As always I'd love to hear feedback, I'm currently working on a video.

I like this build alot, Clarity is an interesting choice to go along with Smite, personally i'd still roll with Flash, over Clarity, but for your build it seems fairly mandatory, but yes, great build good ideas, look forward to using it with some adaptations as always +1 :)

Nicely done, but I feel like the guide could use a lot more substance.
