Hey guys, First guide here. Im a Gold I player on the NA server. Hecarim is one of my favorite junglers in the game. He has great ganks, high damage, and a late game monster. Keep in mind that while playing hecarim, you have to gank! and gank often!

The runes I run on hecarim are 9 attack speed marks, 9 Armor seals, 9 magic resist glyphs, 2 movement speed quints and 1 attack speed quint. You can run 3 movement speed quints if you like, I believe the extra attack speed helps in the jungle and ganks in the lane.

Hecarim is a speedy tanky jungler, but he also has high damage as well. I run 22/5/3 on hecarim, as well as other junglers that deal lots of damage. These masteries let him clear very well and every gank is almost a for sure kill.

As I said early, Hecarim is supposed to be tanky, your first two items should be mobility boots and the spirit of the elder lizard. After these two items, you need to build into a spirit visage or a firecape depending on who your up against. Sometimes I like to grab the kindlegem first and then decide if I should finish the spirit visage or build more health and grab the firecape.

When you start the game, you should always start W, Q, E, Max Q, Max E, Max W, while always grabing R when its up. The reason why you should do it in this order is because of the changes to his W. The amount healed is the same from rank 1 to rank 5. Also, his E actually hits really really hard. Always jump in front of enemies with your ult to fear them back into your teammates

you should always, ALWAYS start Red. You go Red, Wraiths, blue, Gank! Gank! After you grab blue, you need to gank top or mid if you on blue side, and bot or mid if your on purple side. If you gank twice after you blue, your smite should be back up to grab a quick camp.

Hecarim is not a farming jungler, he snowballs off of successful ganks. Control your buffs and everytime you do a successful gank, push the lanes, push push push
