Guide Top

Lulu is the best support in the game. (Intro)

The best way to play Lulu is support. She is definitely viable top but she really shines in a support role. When used properly her kit is blatantly over-powered. I will divide this guide up by the stages of the game.

Early Game

Get shield first because it mitigates the damage on your carry but it also doubles as some damage and vision into their bush. Secondly you go with Polymorph because it is can turn a harass into a one sided affair. Essentially when you see the exchange between the two carries is about to happen you shield your carry and then polymorph their carry. This should absorb most of the damage their carry does while slowing them and protecting your own carry. You take one level of your slow to ensure you can kite away if needed and to prevent ganks.
Important points:
-When you see a jungler with a stun coming down from tri bush or anywhere from that matter, wait until they are JUST about to be in range for their stun or disable and THEN polymorph them, slow them, and shield your carry. Doing this in the correct succession can be the difference between a death or wasted time on their jungle.
-When you hit 6 you can coordinate with your carry to start a fight, one of you will want to be on top of their carry for the knockup. This is why trist and corki synergize well with lulu, their hops make this easy.

Mid Game - Late Game

This is the easiest time in the game. You can mitigate all of their damage with your abilities. Harass them and prevent last hits by polymorphing their carry when creeps are very low. When team fights start you can use your ult in a few different ways. You can use it defensively for one of your carries if they try and go straight into one of them (like a Jarvan would. The knockup and extra health can turn a fight.

Offensively you can use it if there is a great initiation, you put it on your initiator for a large knockup, you can then shield that initiator and use pix's slow from the location off the initiating tank to put a 70 % slow on their team (The ult's persistent slow in combination with the Q)

Polymorph needs to be saved sometimes.

This ability is ridiculous right now, it might get nerfed, but until then I will give you some instanced of OP.
- Warwick/Malz Suppress. Cancelled and ult + shield the victim, game changed.
- Nunu Ult - cancelled.
- Getting tower dived? Turn them into a cat and knock them up with ulti, then slow and juke defensively.
- Morgana / Kennen / Katarina Ult - Cancelled.
If you have these kind of champs on the enemy team that have one OP ult. You counter them hard if you use your polymorph effectively.
