But there are better items to get early or rush. Madred's Bloodrazor is very costly to just rush... and, that seems like a troll vote to up your own guide, no offense.

put the Madred's Bloodrazor to help when your combo finish helps to put the opponent bleeding, to facilitate kills him with ultimate. thanks for your comment
