Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
You're not Garen! People that say ''Oh he's basically Garen'' are silly silly people.. You're a bit like Garen except more Damage oriented.
So, Darius... Pro/Con
You're very OP Squishy tell wriggles.
Fun to play. Stun's screw you really hard..
Strong pusher. *why mercury treads*
You're a Boss!
So these runes are a bit odd I know but it works.. I choose movement speed because it's very nice and when you chase it's easier to hit with your Decimate or grab with your Apprehend. With starting boot's its at 376 or so and with mercury treads it's 397. The armor pen is very necessary for his damage output and the armor and magic resis are basic stuff.
Okay so Items your core of every character. I start with boots for more mobility and pot's to either get that early game gank or sustain lane long enough for me to get Null-Magic Mantle or get the whole 850G for Mercury's Treads I don't go for mana pot due to his ability's being pretty decent on mana cost, you may go OOM (Out of mana.) But it doesn't happen very often (or at least not in my experience playing him). I go for Wrigglesfirst because it makes your life that much easier, great stats all around, Increases laning free ward every 3 minutes! Next Sheen It look silly on Darius at first but when you see his damage output with it you'll think twice (due to nasty combo's Triggering it.) Then HP Crystal (Health crystal for the extra survivability and onto phage. That Passive slow is awesome (Two slows a grab and jump is crazy!) Then onto dagger for the attack speed to stack your hemorrhage faster to get full stacks and destroy people's faces. (If you have gold finish TF[Trinity force]) After that you should be Mid/Late gameish Go with Health Crystal for more HP and to stay Alive a bit longer (at this point they'll most likely be focusing you due to you being a powerhouse of damage) Or if you can afford it get Giant's belt. After you finish up Warmogs Go for Atma's Impaler The armor helps quite a bit and so does the crit, plus you should have quite a bit HP by this point that it will give a nice bonus. BF sword... I've honestly never gotten this far into this build but I'd imagine it would destroy (due to people surrendering or us winning) I'm guessing that it will destroy face's even more with a passive of 43% crit and ton's of health and huge damage.
It's pretty simple playing this guy, His grab is deadly.. But I go with Decimate first because it will due basically true damage to people when you try to gank them..
Skill Sequence is basically random due to it being situational. But Grab then slow, then Decimate as they try to run works well..
I go with Ghost due to being very reliable for chasing or running away, it helps a lot. (I don't lack flash due to it sort of bugs sometimes when you try to go through walls.) And Exhaust is a must for ganking and going toe to toe with other champions also helps survivability. (Ignite isn't good due to wanting to kill people with your ult)
