This build concentrates on the late game, when you hit level 16 - 18, disregards to the map control or farm of the enemy team, you will have advantage over a number of those players.

The most important thing to take note is to hide whenever possible and take farm with decimate, push the lanes hard before entering golems, this require the forgiveness of your jungle player.
