UPDATES:
[*] Started favoring a more heavy "noxious gas" skill leveling system to increase damage output earlier.
[*] Added a Morello's Evil Tome to build 1, turns out it was cheaper to do this than the previous build and the stats actually improved significantly, going to do some play testing to see how this works in game.

Given the pros and cons given in other guides for Cassiopeia I have a modified list here that I think demonstrates her a little bit more how I see this champion.
Pros:
This champion's "threat" and fast cool downs give her great Harass
Mana can be maintained with little spell conservation.
Ultimate can quickly win team fights.
Cons:
Her ultimate is a skill shot.
Cassiopeia's positioning can be difficult.
Hard to disengage if caught by a focused group.
Pros:

Why Use Flash and Ghost?
This build is maximizing AP at the expense of defensive items. That being said the summoner spell choice is really about mobility during fights and to help with positioning. Flash allows for some very nice shots with Petrifying Gaze and also gives the champion a quick escape mechanic depending on the situation. Ghost gives the same thing and is generally the first used when being aggressive allowing for Flash to be used in the same fight if it becomes required.
Other options, It is very easy to change the masteries before a fight to switch out ghost for clairvoyance if no one on the team is already using it on the team. An aware snake doesn't get stepped on so to speak and an aware snake is usually better positioned.

Just want to say thank you for checking out this guide. I've been putting some real thought and time into it. If you have a suggestion I'll look it over. Also, I do plan on adding quite a lot more to this guide so should be updating it pretty regularly.
