Too bad we got no explanations, would have been nice to know why you chose to take 6 cd and 3 ap runes and why those ap aren't ap/level considering ap/level beats flat ap in blue.
About the masteries, you chose something usual but why did you choose not to take the point for ghost ? Pretty useful considering you chose to take ghost as one of your invocator's spell and knowing the fact 3.33% reduction for the death is a lot more useless.
Apart from that, a build based on a mejai and a rabadon's Deathcap is not that smart in my point of view. Would have been nice to get a build to know your gameplay.
If you're playing with pick ups, yeah I understand that build and the fact you will save your *** first. But otherwise, i would not have taken those items.
The point here is that I don't think a 'based on your build' ryze would be that useful in a comp.
