This is basically an alternative to Alahric's Mordekaiser - Master of Doom! and I recommend reading it.

While the Ability Selection is almost identical, and the general strategy is similar, the focus of my build is KILLING CREEPS. All of my selections are geared to help farm creeps. For example, I chose Teleport over Ignite or Exhaust, as it lets you move to other lanes and push back massive creep-waves for fun and profit. Flash of course increases survivability, with the occasional flash to kill, but ganking is not the focus here. ;-)

Like Master of Doom, you should take Children of the Grave when available, Max out Siphon of Destruction, Mace of Spades, then Creeping Death, in that order. The main reason for taking Children (it's not helpful in farming) is it gives you health, harasses, and scares the hell out of potential gankers. (Mordekaiser can certainly hold his own.) A Siphon followed immediately by Mace, is huge in farming, and they charge up relatively quick.

Runes build concentrates on getting an early edge on damage, and cooldowns (again, for farming) and some health regen so you can lane longer.

Like wise, the Mastery Tree concentrates on Offense and Damage... for farming (Offensive Mastery is the most important). 8 points in Utility for XP and regen, plus Teleport buff. (Mana regen is an unfortunate waste.)

My Item progression is arguably the most questionable line in this build. I recommend either Vampiric Scepter or Regrowth Pendant (followed immediately by the other), rather then a health increasing item, as Mordekaiser's abilities eat away at his health, you NEED to replenish it. Build Warmong's as soon as possible, and your farming will pay off big. I recommend improving attack/lifesteal after that (for late-mid, late game).

My Mordekaiser is a bit squeshy in early game, but levels quickly to the point he can stalemate a lane alone against two and still farm effectively. This is his greatest strength.

Basically, you spend the early and mid game building up a rhythm mashing one ability after another against wave after wave of enemy creeps until you find yourself in a massive mosh pit of swirling Death Metal, Iron Man and Health contently filling and never dying!

Basically, Death Metal Mordekaiser loves mosh pits. If he sees an enemy he runs TOWARD enemy creeps and gets his mosh on. With more targets around, and a decent life steal, plus a gigantic store of Health, Mordekaiser is extremely hard to wear down.

Feel free to stand in front of the enemies creep spawn, killing all 3 lanes of creeps indiscriminately, all the while jamming out to oldskool metal from the 80's.
