Go back when you have enough gold for 2-3 avarice blades. Make sure to be look for assists/kills when you are level 6. It is another nice extra gold boost. Go back once again when you have 1050 gold for boots. Go back to lane and then for the last time for a while, go back when you have 1500 gold for your final 2 avarice blades. From then on only go back when you have enough for flat items. Infinity Edge - Phanton Dancer - Phantom Dancer - Bloodthirster - Bloodthirster. At this point you should be critting about 1200 with parrrley and 800-1000 with auto attacks. So bascially 2 shotting everyone.
