Introduction
Now with the items ill explain. The thing that makes this tf build essential for team fights and ganks is that it debuffs per hit and with that high of an atk speed yu can count on them being debuffed hella hard hella fast. also the other benefit from this build is if your against a jax or jarvan that have stacks and boots that help them dodge your their worst nightmare. The sword of the divines active makes it to where yu end up taking them out easy as pie. and tanks tanks become useless when your atking them with this build. Your items will shed both their armor and magic resist making them soft in the underbelly peerfect for you and allies to shred to pieces.
Pros:
-the double teleport: gives you massive lane control helping prevent creep tower dives and farm like a beast. It also helps to get ganks where enemies are not expecting you. if they see you use destiny they wont be expecting you to teleport into a team fight using a summoner spell. and the teleport makes bding even easier. if you like backdooring buy a ward and place it wherever you use destiny if you die while diving no problem just use your summoner spell and go back to where you left off.
-the de buff: your item build makes you essential for ganks and team fights not to mention combined with your stun. You'll be the life of the party as you shred the enemys defense to pieces from a distance while your allies mop up the mess
- The atk speed: your atk speed allows you to dominate turrets towers and minions. Your new job in this game is head pusher. even if the enemy has severely out manuvered and out pushed your team this tf build can help get the turn around going. The teleports combined with the atk spd allows for a decent counter push and if you see the enemy go all MIA then just use your second teleport to escape easy as lane controlling pie :D.
CONS:
-health is really low: you will melt pretty much from any nukes or major dps or high ap characters so dont teleport into a fray of two or three people thinking your debuffs will save the day.
-PAC takes skill: utilizing your PAC ability as this character is essential. if yu cant time your blue and yellow cards perfectly then you will die ALOT and fail as a debuffing tf. People will yell at you for feeding and rage yu all game. So using the blue cards on minions and yellows and reds to harass and cc the enemy is essential.
- magic damage is high on this build. So all the items on this build do magic damage accept for the black cleaver they do on hit magic damage so total you do 362 magic dmg every 4th hit of your atk but on the negative side if you face someone stacking magic resist your atks will only shred 24 of it. so characters stacking mag resist in high abundance are to avoid. However on the positive side if they only buy one mr item yu can still reduce them and shred them down easily.
