My Basic Evelynn build.

She is an all-round badass.

Pros:

Can easily last hit creeps for coin, using Hate Spike.
Awesome team or solo ganking, I love popping up behind enemy champions and seeing them run with their tails between their legs. Stealth -> ravage, spam Hate Spike. I prefer using Smite (to kill anoying mobs) so the champions get full dose of Hate Spike & Ignite. Alternatively use Exhaust instead of Smite (if you have trouble chasing down enemies) & Ignite. After a few Kills you can save teammates just by leaving stealth where enemy champions can see you! They change course or stop or run. If they run they die use Ult and Ravage and spam Hate Spike.

Cons:

Very Squishy

My Most Feared Opponent is 1 of 3:

Morganna (massive lockdown like 5 sec)-best tactic let her use it on lane partner first
Twitch (He is just a freak early game and

WILL kill you easily, Mid - late game he is no problem)
Evelynn (Well - unless you want to buy Oracles and gimp your item build then it is best to be map aware and know where she is! Many times we have been standing both stealthed nearly on top of each other waiting for a strike on a lane mates opponent and if i see her leave stealth she becomes number one Priority!)


Where Evelynn should be is everywhere, never forget you are squishy! Jungle it up keep an eye on the map and respond quickly to team assassination requests. Eve does not own a lane, she OWNS the whole map and yes you can solo kill anything but what is the point if your team is getting owned and you lose.

Get the best Runes of force you can afford, Eve does little damage, it all comes from her abilities so AP runes will give you more damage in the end than anything else.
