ur build is way wacky. first off armor pen marks are just horrible for an AP eve. second mejai's isn't very good for her because if ur enemies are smart and grab an oracle's ur gonna die once or twice before ur team can kill them. thrid eve is suppose to be wtf i had 2k hp how am i dead kind of hero where you find the carry nuke them before ur stun is over then run ur *** out, since u level your ravange latter ur gonna have trouble nuking people. 4th i would recommended a deathfire's grasp over the nasher's tooth because the activate helps when trying to kill someone in less than two seconds. fifth is your to squishy early game if your gonna lane so if they have a xin your pretty screwed. get some hp runes or items early or get an escape move like flash.

ok first thing. If you are going to use ArP marks, you need to max out Ravage first. That will lower the target's armor. Also, dont use AP items. If you are wanting to make a phsyical dmg Eve, you need to look at Scrax and my builds. Building AP and trying to run AD is just bad. I can understand that you want to get that big burst LB dmg, but its better to just go Mpen over ArP. You arent going to get a lot out of ArP marks, if you are hoping for LB procs.

@ Super: look at mine and Scrax's builds. You cant find anything better when it comes to Evelynn

Nice guide. Short and simple xD It'd be nice to see some explanation for why you have chosen what you've chosen. For example, why so much armor penetration in runes when the main damage this build is dishing out is in magic? I can understand that maybe you are utilizing the Lich Bane, but you have to explain that. But other than that, good quick info, it is crucial to know the lay of the land, and on a more personal note, i'd say Evelyn isn't such a bad enemy, as you both have the same problem with each other. If you just get the Oracle, not only will you be able to take out Detection wards, Teemo's mines and Shaco's turrets, but you'll be one up on Eve (or Twitch, Teemo and Shaco for that matter).

Another thing, is why did you go for heavy AP items (such as Zhonya's, Lich Bane and Mejai's), when you've gotten mainly physical attack damage masteries? Sorry to be critical, it's just I recently made my own guide for Evelyn, and I was looking at the competition ^_^
