Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hello everyone, this is my first build ever so try to be nice. This is just more of a build not so much as a guide. I really like the way these items work together. I've been able to keep my deaths (most of the time) below 2. So on with it!
Marks-Greater mark of insight- Love the magic pen really helps all around.
Seals-Greater seal of Clarity- Mana always seems to be some what of an issue, no mana you're not doing any damage and are pretty much useless.
Glyphs of potency/force I like to get 6 AP per level glyphs and 3 flat AP. That way you have a decent amount starting out and when you're 18 you'll have so nasty damage.
Quints- Greater quint of potency- More AP for early game sustainability.
Masteries here are 21/0/9 I go a bit into the utility tree mostly because of the mana and the MP5. Let's you stay mid lane for a bit and cast your spells a bit more as well.
Okay I'm going to try very hard for this to NOT be a TLDR. =.=
This is the route I go for getting my items.
Doran's ring- Great starter item doesn't build into anything but keeps you in lane.
Boots of speed- The first time I go back I get these and some health pots, vision wards are nice but with pretty much 4 flashes you should be okay. Just last hit and check the mini map every now and then.
Fiendish codex- I love this item, the AP and mana regen is great! I really love the CDR though, being able to cast your spells and harass more is so rewarding to watch your enemy get poked to death.
Hextech revolver- You've probably got a kill or two and some nice farm. Go ahead and get this. When your passive is at 9 stacks and you have this baby just go ahead and toss your Orb down a row of minions and hello health!
Morello's Evil Tome- Better version of Fiendish Codex, 20% cooldown from this item alone, with your 4% from masteries. If you have a jungler you'll be getting blue every now and than, that gives you a cool 40% CDR. At level 16 that means your ult will be on a 36 cool down....I've caught some many people off guard with having my ult up so fast.
Will of Ancients- More spell vamp and more AP, the aura is nice too. from what I've read if another player has this on your team, you'll benefit from yours and their aura giving you 50% Spell vamp. That doesn't normally happen but think of all that spell vamp....nice right?
Rabadon's Deathcap- Just a really nice boost of AP. Farm minions where you can if your group isn't setting up ganks or fighting. You'll have this in no time if you're playing it safe, or quicker if you're daring and live! =]
Rylai's scepter- Now you can get this before Rabadon's Deathcap it's nice because of the slow but if you play your cards right you'll never ever get caught, 3 dashes and flash makes you a pretty good baiter.
Ignite- Love it I catch so many people with just a few hp under their tower.
Flash- Nice get away or even catch up to get that ignite off.
well that's most of it, sorry I don't have fancy pictures, I'm new so I need to figure out how to do that and will do it soon. Just leave a comment please and what you think. I'd prefer you try the build first and then vote. =] Any questions? just add me and message me in game I don't mind explaining why this or that more in depth. My in game name's ViktorDelacroix. Well that's it till I clean up and make it look pretty.
