Okay, let's try to give a serious review on the ideas of the cheat sheet, as there does not seem to be much else to comment on. :P

Runes:
- Considering the recent rune changes, it might be smart to swap some of your armor seals for health seals. Something like 4 armor / 5 health would be the best I think

Items:
- Could list more optional. I can think of a lot of other items that would all work for Lee Sin. Examples are Spirit Visage, Trinity Force and Ravenous Hydra
- In the notes you should be a little clearer as to when to get which item

Abilities:
- Consiering the first three levels you will all pass in your jungle, Q-E-W is the way to go I think. From there on maxing Q --> E --> W is in my opinion indeed right

Masteries:
- I would personally use this page.
Changes made:

1. One point moved from Fury to Feast --> that even more sustain is really going to help you a lot more than 1.25% attack speed is
2. Two points moved form Warlord; one to Dangerous Game, and one to Exposed Weakness. Reasoning behind this is that Warlord only works on bonus attack damage (runes, masteries, items). With your build, you get around 60 bonus attack damage (make it around 100 if you purchase a damage item) 5% of that is just a mere 3 attack damage, which really does not help you with snowballing at all. Heck, early game it even is almost nothing considering you have just 30 bonus attack damage. Dangerous Game helps you with making clutch plays (which is good for snowballing!), and Exposed Weakness helps your teammates to follow up on your ganks faster and is good for teamfights

Matchups:
- Might want to add notes why certain matchups are easy, and others hard

Why would i need feast on Lee Sin he has really nice sustain you would have to have autism to take feast on him lerl. Also block is pretty ****ty if youre jungling the health regen is much nicer when walking from camp to camp. Also warlord is really nice for snowballing please go away lmao.

First the biggest flaw: the guide lacks content.

You do not have any explanations or reasoning

Warlord is a rather bad mastery and Feast , Expose Weakness and Dangerous Game are far better than it is.

Block and Unyielding are better than Bladed Armor and Recovery when you are jungling
