Dems how you do it

Spellvamp passive at level 1, AP passive at level 3, any seal works but flat HP regen is probably the best to keep you in the lane against ranged carries until level 6 where having both passives and 375 movespeed will let you crush them. Boots are situational, item order is situational, only important part here is the start as how you should go past the start can change at any game.
