Runes are a more essential part to a jungling Mordekaiser. Flat health marks will give yo that extra bit of tanky right from the start. Health regen per level seals make for an incredible amount of scaling for Mordekaiser, making his health come back almost as fast as he can cast spells. Ability power per level glyphs also make an awesome Mordekaiser in the later game. Although the first go through of the jungle may be difficult, it gets exceptionally easier throughout. Spell vamp quints simply give Mordekaiser sustainability he needs.
Going 9, 0, 21 in masteries make jungling the easiest, in my opinion. Taking attack damage, ability power, and extra damage to minions and monsters help clear the camps faster. Getting spell vamp, movement speed, extended buffs, and summoner spell cooldowns all aid in going through the jungle with ease. The increased experience gained will allow Mordekaiser to keep up with the other jungler, getting as much or more experience from killing less or equal monsters.
Although most people would probably take Flash instead of Exhaust, Exhaust allows for early-mid game ganks, due to Mordekaiser's lack of CC, and decreased summoner spell cooldowns means this can be cast more often Smite is taken for faster killing of minions and monsters but I honestly don't think you needed to hear that from me.
The order in which you obtain skills and max them id vital to Mordekaiser in general, especially a jungling one. Maxing Creeping Death first will give you the bonus armor and magic resist that you need, along with a massive amount of damage over time to enemies and charging your shield. Since Mordekaiser is more AP than hybrid in this build, maxing Siphon of Destruction second will give you ranged burst damage to multiple targets along with charging your shield. Mace of Spades is simply used for damage, and does not charge your shield up as much as your other spells, along with the fact that it is a hybrid spell. Getting your ult whenever you can is fairly obvious for Mordekaisers, alowwing you to turn a 5v5 into a 6v4.

After getting the Amplifying Tome and a Health Potion, head to blue buff. Although you wont use the mana regen, the cooldown reduction is extremely helpful with Mordekaiser's Creeping Death, but the decision is ultimately up to you. After getting the first buff (and probably using your health potion) go through the jungle at your leisure. Try to save golems for last, as they are the most difficult for jungling Morde. Use exhaust as CC for ganks.
Late game jungle Morde is just like any other good Morde; tanky and incredibly powerful. Your final build should look like Will of the Ancients, Sorcerer's Shoes, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Rabadon's Deathcap, Force of Nature, and Abyssal Scepter. The last Three items of the build can be built in whatever order or substituted for whatever you like, though I think you'll find it all very handy.
