AP Sion is bad late game unless you get really fed early game.
Also I would never get CDR Boots on Sion or any Snowball items like Soulstealer.
I just don't see the point of those items.

Good build except for one thing. I don't agree with buying Ionian Boot's. While CD is great for your Q and W, you would have more damage through Sorc's. Also with them it provides some Magic pen to get through tanks or carries with lot's of resist. I think they are both good, it would simply depend on the enemy team, and in ranked games the enemy team usually will have high resist. Thats all, overall good build :D

Verynice and thanks for the =1 on my teemo guide, not alot of people understand how viable ad teemo is but im assuming you tried it and it worked. SION IS LIKE A BOSS
