yes, it will stack another time ... it just doesn't stack if you have 2 of them, but you can have 2 identical unique auras, as long as the second one comes from another champion ;) As for the comment to vote, thank you ... This is my first guide here. :)

I agree that movement speed is very important, however, Sorcerer's Boots works better with Morgana as she does need the Magic Pen more than the movement speed. Also, just to point out, the aura on Will of the Ancients is a UNIQUE Aura, so it will not stack with another Will of the Ancients.

Also, I would suggest that you enable comment to vote so as to prevent troll votes and such that you would know why someone downvoted your guide.

You guys do make some valid points, but with the final 55% spell vamp I don't usually have problems with survivability. If I'm lucky enough, another teammate has Will of the Ancients and I get another 25%, which adds up to a total of 80% spell vamp ... however, taking Rod of Ages instead of 1 Archangel's Staff is also a very good choice, but if you get that, get it early in game. I would also like to point out that Archangel's Staff is in this build primarily because of the AP bonus, which is, well ... large :) I can also see why you find the Boots of Swiftness strange. The point is simple. you really don't get enough movement speed with the other 2 boots to outrun, let's say Master yi or, even better, Olaf (because of his "can't be disabled" status) even with your ulti, which takes a bit more than 3 seconds to trigger the stun, and you could very much be dead already then. The binding can save you, but with champions that build attack speed and movement speed, those 2 seconds aren't really that important.

the ap gained on your marks isnt going to be as helpful as having marks of insight which gives you magic penetration. You could trade one AA staff for some survivability item. Since you do so much damage, you are going to get focused. If you are dead, regardless of your damage output, you are going to do nothing!

Other than the Hourglass, I don't really see enough survivability on this build. I agree that a heavy AP Morgana can be extremely dangerous, but so does everyone else, so you're going to get focused (in fact, you're likely to get focused no matter what). And your DPS is always zero when you're dead. I'd suggest taking at least one HP item ( Rod of Ages being the obvious choice) and one magic resist item (I've found Abyssal Mask to work well for this) to round out the build.

I also see a lot of MP and MP recovery on this, from the two Archangel's Staffs, which Morg doesn't usually need. Late game, Morg's MP pool is large enough that being OOM isn't going to be an issue often, even with few items buffing it, so you'd probably be better served switching these out.

I wonder about taking the Boots of Swiftness. Generally, with Dark Binding and Black Shield, Morg's perfectly able to both run from encounters and catch others without too much difficulty. You don't have an magic penetration outside of your masteries, so I think Sorceror's Shoes is a much better choice for increased DPS, and the Ionian Boots of Lucidity are better if you want the CDR.

Finally, since you don't have Summoner's Wrath , I'm not sure if Ignite is the best summoner spell choice. You should either switch it for something else, like Clairvoyance, or move a point into Wrath for the extra 5 AP while it's on cooldown (which, I note, is 4 more AP than the extra point in Mental Force , and therefore better).
