this damage is so low, and morde can't be a good tank, he don't have any cc to help this team, in this guide u only will have damage if u get a strong pet, and someone else will have to kill the enemy for you.
What the hell are you talking about? I am able to melt an enemy in a second without any help and I said that you will need to buy

I think I have to agree with you that Morde is often seen mid, but sometimes a team needs him more on top, just like sometimes
It's a nice guide but I don't agree with your item and rune choice, you play too defensive while morde is more of a mage than a tank dorans shield is not a very good pick for morde unless he is playing top like you said and in the current meta you will see him mid most of the times. BTW last item warmogs is just weird

Why bother with banshees veil on Morde? Waste of an item space especially if you have FoN. If you're getting warmogs (not really the best item for you, but not concerned with that right now) should it not be earlier so that you actually fill it?
Also, your "cons" section should be empty.

The last two guides that claimed they were "In-Depth" or "Detailed" I read ended up being walls of texts. Glad to see a guide that lives up to it's name.
The build is nice, but the guide could use some more info. Maybe add some more gameplay info and some good tips for newer players. Other than that, really nice job :)
