LeBlanc, The Deceiver.

LeBlanc is a caster so, she should go down the usual 9 offence, 21 utilty build. However, she is also a nuke which is why I went down 10/0/20 to get the extra 1 point into the ignite mastery for the extra AP. For utility also make sure to get flash mastery unless you choose different summoner spells of course.

Ignite - This is a great spell on LeBlanc mainly because she is a nuke and a carry. This will help you get many kills and it is useful against certain champions like Mundo or Tryndamere if no one else is carrying ignite.

Flash - Flash will allow you to get in and out of a battle quickly. Because you often will you Distortion as an attack, you won't be able to retreat with it; that is where flash comes in. All in all, also a good summoner ability.

Cleanse - Another good ability since movement isn't a problem for LeBlanc. She has technically two teleports (Distortion and Mimic - Distortion), however they can't be used when you're stunned. :(

Ghost - Never tried ghost on LeBlanc and doesn't seem very useful for chasing because of her long range skills and her slow and teleport. However, ghost is usually a great ability.

Bad Spells
Clarity - LeBlanc does not have mana problems and you shouldn't be spamming your skills too often in the laning phase especially since Sigil of Silence in the only skill with a short cooldown and is only worth it when use in conjunction with other skills. Late game, you should never be low on mana and it is farely easy for LeBlanc to take out blue golem.

- Mirror Image (Passive) - When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This can only occur once per minute. It appears with the same life as LeBlanc had when it triggered.
This skill is great for running away, however I can see that its usefulness will dwindle as more people become use to LeBlanc and her skills. Remember that you can move your clone using alt-right click, so you can trick enemies by moving your clone around and having your champ just attack minions or auto attack like it was the clone.
Sigil of Silence - LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. If the target takes damage from one of Leblanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing damage and silencing the target for 2 seconds.
This skill is your bread and butter. It has the lowest cooldown and the highest damage and efficiency (not having to aim). The silence also plays a huge part. Often try to pre-mimic this skill before a team fight. I usually start off with my mimic - sigil of silence, then use distortion, then normal sigil and lastly trying to set off that mark with chains.
Distortion - LeBlanc rapidly moves to a target location, dealing magic damage to nearby units. In the following 3 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to return to her starting location.
A very important skill to have, which is why I add 1 to it first. Great for retreating and popping marks (from sigil of silence). Harass with this early game with sigil in conjuction. Also, remember that you can teleport back. Great ways to run away are jumping through walls especially ones like baron or dragon. Then using w to get back. The enemy will just have thought you ran away. Another small tip to remember is that if you are just using w to kill minions (which I don't advise because you need it to run), quickly press w again to go back to your location and have the cooldown start quicker.
Ethereal Chains - LeBlanc flings illusionary chains towards a target location. If it hits an enemy unit, it will deal initial magic damage and slow their movement speed by 25%. If the target remains shackled for 2 seconds, the target takes additional magic damage and is unable to move for few seconds.
Not the best skill. Hard to aim and blockable by minions. This makes it very hard to pop marks with this skill. For chasing it is fine though. When out in the open against another champ try to use this early on so that he is snared when he decides he has to run away or if you do. If you are good at this skill and you are level 18 or have a pretty high level on this skill, mimicing it is a great idea because of the double snare.
Mimic (Ultimate) - Very important skill to keep track of. The mimic icon changes as you use skills before it, so you will know what skill mimic has mimiced o.o The image will appear as a purple version of the previous skill and when casted will also be a purple version (ex. purple/black chain instead of yellow). I usually mimic sigil of silence for the extra damage. If you don't think you can pop the second sigil with ethereal chains. You can do sigil of silence, mimic sigil of silence, then distortion. Popping both marks with 3 skills. For running away, mimic distortion, not ethereal chains. Yes, it slows, but it isn't as good as the teleport. As I said earlier, if you are good with aiming your chains, you can mimic that in team fights or while chasing because the double snare is quite effective.
