I have not criticized your rank. Even if a master or a challenger player told you to build Hextech Gunblade on Draven you wouldn't do it because you think it's bad item for him, correct? You have your own opinions on how to build and play Gnar and I have mine.

I won't budge from my opinion on BT/botrk/Warmog's for Gnar because I think those items are not worth for him. I will acknowledge your build and playstyle but I think my suggestions are generally better for those who read the guide so I will accept your downvote and I won't try to convince you any further.

Thank you for the feedback.

I don't know are you stupid or trolling or just so stubborn. I will leave this here. I will come back when I get some better rank.

I mean you're supposed to be front line and a CC machine as Gnar in team fights. Every single point of damage put into you is away from your carries. You don't have the luxury of stepping out of the fight to regen health. It's unrealistic to expect to get value out of the health regen from warmog's passive.

Frozen Mallet is better in split pushing rather than team fights. You keep talking about Q doing the slow but it can be played around with and it's really hard to keep catching it in team fights.

You keep talking about your Gnar playstyle so I went and looked you up. You have 2-8 Gnar record in ranked with 7/7/7 KDA per game with BT/botrk built quite regularly. I can't visualize your Gnar playstyle but it's proving not to be effective in ranked games.

Sure, I can admit you have your own playstyle but 2-8 records tell me you're doing something wrong and with all respect: You are the one who should be looking to change things to be able to improve your score.

1. Saying that he is also ranged champion duh.
2. It feels like our playstyles are completely diffirent. It looks like you never have a chance to get a lot of regen and heal up between fighting because of diffirent playstyle or something like that. I am saying that because when I get warmogs I use it a LOT. I heal up a lot. When chasing or being chased after teamfights I just spam q and at the same time heal up for a lot. Warmog is not a garbage, maybe you just use it wrong.
3. Half of gnar's playstyle is made pretty much of kitting yet you seem to skip that part. To make sure you understand this I will give you example. There is a gnar vs olaf lane. In my opinion olaf is really highly favoritable in this matchup. When gnar is big he can only try to poke with q or w for damage. Mega gnar can't really all-in olaf because he has montrous damage in melee range and ignores cc with his ult. But when gnar is small he has oppourtunity to kite olaf to death. What gnar does is use q and AAs to get speed and run from/to olaf(depending on where olaf is running) because olaf is slower. And also gnar should dodge olaf's axes because that would be a big slow and then olaf could catch gnar. Kitting on gnar is extremelly good tactic against melee(and some ranged) opponents and it should not be ignored.
Also. Do you even know how AAs work? I know it may seem offensive, but it seems that you may not even understand that concept.
4. Feels like a mix of stuff from you. You first say that you appreciate the feedback and then you say "99/100 times you're not going to go for AA + W" ? That's not okay. AA canceling if used all the time will gnar players a LOT. Soem people just right+click on their enemy instead of AA canceling. A lof of people when in big gnar just click R and then W instead of doing that the more effective way. Are you saying that it's not worth it? Are you really encouraging readers of your guide to just not do it because it's "not worth the effort" ?
5. I am in NOT WAY saying that these items should be bought everytime. I am just saying that there are certain(AND RARE) situations where you may want to buy these.
6. Frozen mallet's passive is more useful than warmogs passive? I really wanna see your playstyle and your games if you think that frozen mallet's passive is better than warmog's. I don't know why would you praise that slow passive if you already have 1/2 time 35% slow, a ~30% speedboost and a big jump. If you're saying that gnar's role is to put on a stun on whole enemy team for 3 seconds("that's not his role.", so it must be CCing or utility, but gnar has no utility so I concluded that gnar's role is to stun enemy team and do moderate damage) then why would you even need that slow?

I highly appreciate you even answering me in this "assault", but please think about what you said and what I said and make sure you understand my points and place where I am standing and what I am saying. Both of us can be wrong, or we may just play gnar in two totally diffirent ways. And if our diffirent playstyles are the problem I would like you to acknowledge my playstyle.

Gl.

I will counter with my opinion:

1. Double-edged sword not being obvious? You need to put the 1 point somewhere to get to tier 2

2. No mention of Warmog's Armor because the item is rubbish. Warmog's is worth of 2000 gold in team fights (2x Giant's Belt) but you're supposed to pay 2750 gold for it?

3. This is a Gnar guide, not a kiting guide. I explain in the guide that you're supposed to keep your distance with E and then poke with Q. Maybe I'll consider it for possible future guides.

4. Gnar doesn't have long AA animation and AA cancelling comes automatically anyways. It's not that relevant either like 99/100 times you're not going to go for AA + W animation cancel during team fights when every decision is made within seconds like using Flash to escape gnar's ultimate.

5. Botrk and BT are just not worth it. Going botrk leaves you really squishy for tp ganks and you don't really need the extra damage when you can all in people with just black cleaver. You're not supposed to kill everyone in team fights as Gnar, that's not his role.

6. Frozen Mallet gives 100 health less but gives 30 AD instead. Just by adding up the stats, Frozen Mallet is more useful and efficient but the passive is also more useful.

I highly appreciate feedback so I thank you for your points but your comment feels like it's built around the Warmog's issue where you are completly wrong.

In my opinion this guide is bs.
If you are diamond saying this nonsense then you clearly haven't played and understood gnar enought.
There are some missing things and some weird statements.
First off. Double-edge isn't so "obvious" pick. Explain that.
No mention of warmogs.
No explanation of how to kite and lessons etc. It's like the most important gnar thing.
No explanation of canceling animations, like aa and instatlly after that q or when big gnar r then AA then W then AA which makes it much more effective.
No explanation to nooblords why triforce sucks
No mention of botrk or bt being possible choices for kitting.
Frozen mallet on him isn't all that. You can almost do that with your q alone if you have 40cdr. Warmogs is superior to frozen mallet.

You can play aggressive against Nasus because his early game is quite weak. You should win laning phase with raned poke but Nasus will become tanky enough sooner or later where the lane becomes farm lane.

I see a lot of people playing Nasus right now. He is a very popular pick in ranked and in normal games. How does one go about laning phase against a Nasus?
