Been using this guide as a basis for a while now, and I really do like the itemization.

from my exxperience she needs that rabadons earlier so building that after fiendish codex might be a good idea, she needs that ap badly, also consider adding a money per 5 item, such as kaages for abit more aggresive gankin gameplay imo

another good guide but with the same mistake as the others. nashot tooth its not worth to byu early. the early main damange its not based on her passive

The bonus attack speed glyphs increase your early jungle speed and the sustain damage in team fights while the spell penetratrion glyphs are useful to increase your burst damage.
Over all there are mostly equal, but Diana already have an insane jungle speed. That is why I prefer the spell penetration glyphs.

instead of havoc I take 2 points in butcher and 1 in alacrity for jungle speed
skill order might work in jungle but I prefer maxing crescent strike for gank strength and teamfights though i get pale cascade at lvl 1 and 3 (keep in mind that pale cascade doesn't get lower cd and is the only one to ever increase in mana cost (one of the reasons she is mana hungry early but almost infinitive mana supply later)

played tons of Diana and its now 2 days after her release lawl, only played her in jungle, and with Phreaks build, after viewing other ppls gamestyle and some ranked Diana, i realized my first hunch of an early Sheen wasnt completely off, while Phreaks build took early boots, and then money per 5 items, wich i found really odd, though, she is so harthitting it actually works to do so... have yet to test this build u did here, but from what i can see its the best of em out here, well thought through and has a "natural feelin to the buildorder"

only questionmark i got is on the glyphs, spellpen vs attackspeed... what is the pros and cons of this?

so many thumbs up i can do, when i can do :D

I definitely like and agree with the itemization and rationale behind the skill order. This setup has a great amount of staying power and compensates for her somewhat mana-hungry gameplay, while giving significant damage output.

The only change I might suggest is dropping the armor seals for mana regen or attack speed. The armor isn't necessary due to , and would allow you to re-allocate the mastery points from Expanded Mind (I'm using Vigor, but Durability would also be useful.
