I will not give negative points in your Guide, but I believe you should pay attention to some points that I think are very bad.

1 - Your masteries are very messy, this guide is not jungler, you do not need Demolitionist or Tough Skin . Try 9/21/0 or 21/9/0. It works much better.

2 - Diana already has a very good CD, you do not need runes for it. In their place you could have a better use to put AP (in Gliphs) and armor (the Seals)

3 - Your items give you a median Magic Resist, but as you said in your guide, you'll face more AD champions, and you have no armor, do not forget that Diana is a Melee Champ and that will always be in the midst of battle, so she needs more armor.

Still regarding the items, you put your boot to finish near the end of the game, following this Guide I would be slow forever.

4 - Regarding the Guide itself, try to make everything a little fancier, you read that you feel attracted to the text and not away by a wall of words. Do something attractive to readers, put pictures prints.
You should also go a little deeper into his explanation of choice of items, masteries, runes and how to play. Everything is very generic and poorly organized.
