The reason for the build and how to use it.

I see alot of people going attack speed for Miss Fortune, but I found a way to pump out more damage with less amount of shots. When fighting be conservative in the beginning, but only to the point to avoid being damaged so you do not have to worry about recalling until level 3. Level 3 is ideally when you should get your first kill, if not just keep killing minions until you get the required amount to get your Beserker Greaves. After this and until you get to about 200 damage (from sword of the occult and blood thirster) is when you want to start going for attack speed. About the time when you actually get the phantom dancer is when your about to push into the enemy's base. If you also gained 20 stacks in attack damage then you should have around 321 damage while pumping it out at 1.5 hits a second. An option item to use instead of the phantom dancer is the black cleaver and a dagger or two. This should allow for more armor penetration and more...damage basically. I've used this build with surprising efficiency. Averaging 19 kills a match and getting at most 4 deaths within 13 games.

Skill Sequence

Start off with Make it rain. The slow makes a large difference when you are harassing the enemy team pair within the lane. Then put it into Double up, it restarts the attack damage timer and allows for a slightly more damage output when just starting the game. After that begin to max out Impure shot and Make it rain for maximum effectiveness in group fights and 1v1. At end game you should be putting out around 280 damage-400 damage hits depending on if you get the black cleaver or not. With controlled use of your abilities and your experience with harassing skills, you should get the most kills in the game and should be able to take on 1-2 champions with ease.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
1. Insane amount of carry ability
2. Amazing sense of godliness in fights
3. Key player while having fun

Cons:
1. Major target in fights
2. If you don't get a kill in the beginning you might not be able to fully get the build
3. You will be yelled at by all (being a kill stealer/no lifer/noob) Mostly by enemy team
