Against riven, there,s no hard ad, if you can use ur pasive well combined with skill's, greatest damage champ in duel.
Boots cost 1000~ gold, if i dont buy boots i can early 2x dorans blade, wich will let u snowball so easyli !!!
and oh btw, about masteries u need to have 21/9, last point in offense gives u 5 % damage bellow 50% health target, do you even know how well that proc with ulty, then use it at maximum potential? O.o

If it's largely incomplete, it isn't a perfect guide.

The thing is that even if you wrote a perfect guide, if it is incomplete no one will honor your work :( everyone is like 'that dude can't even finish his guide'. I understand that you want to get feedback so you can improve, but how about asking a friend or a mobafire user about his thoughts when your guide is still UNPUBLISHED ? Just my thoughts on this. I will defenitely will keep an eye on you, maybe the -1 becomes a +1. Good luck :)

I'm sorry i never heard about that golden rule. But i saw several guides published which were in an early stage.
If you wish i delete it and publish it when its finished.
The rest is good critic and i will notice it when im complete the rest.

There is no reason why you should ever upload an unfinished guide.

Besides that, I'm not such a fan of hydra on riven, and 21/9/0 should at least deserve a mention

The first few parts of your guide are informative and well written. But why in the world would you publish an unfinished guide ? Even though it has potential, -1 for now.
