I actually talk a bit about the Lissandra vs Cho'Gath matchup, and while i agree with you that she's a pretty strong pick right now, Cho absolutely counters everything she does. Due to her popularity, this is a lane i've played against consistently and i assure you there's no way you lose this lane unless her jungler camps you, in which case she's really good due to her ability to set up ganks with her CC. Otherwise, you can sustain all the poke she deals with her Q with your passive, you can silence her once she claws up to you to break her combo, and her low movement speed allows you to land Ruptures all day. EDIT: Forgot to mention, Lissandra is my most played champ on rankeds this season so far, so i've been on the other side of the fence as well, hahahaha. It's an absolute pain to lane vs Cho'Gath as Liss :(

The guide looks very good, very promising. You might want to consider your lane match ups though. One example is Lissandra. The reason why she is strong is due to her heavy laning pressure, slows, stuns, snare (etc) and range making her an extremely safe yet strong champ to deal with.
