However, this I completely disagree with :P I've seen this happening before ... Who will you target first? The tank that is hard to kill due to the massive ammount of health, mag res, armor and dodge chance? Or the squichy carries? Ofcourse you will target the squichy carries first, easy target and the damage output of the tank is clearly much lower so it's a lower threat. So how to build a succesful tank? A tank that can take a lot of hits and still do a good amount of damage. A Shen with 3600 health with the double damage of a Shen with 4300 health with more armor, mag res, dodge, ... Wich do you chose? I will change that phrase to just: Too much health! Too much health scares the enemies since they need to hit you a lot more!

I just have 1 question about the laning phase:you insist on being in the lane with a carry,and I say YES,why not.But,uhm,so,are you the support or what?You need CV if you're the support because the free reveal is just too good to pass up.Please add CV to the primary items section,because the support is supposed to have that(a TANK is still a SUPPORT if they're SUPPORTING THE CARRY.You do NOT need to be a tank to be a SUPPORT,but with Shen,being the TANK certainly implies being a SUPPORT.)So,uhm,+1,obviously. |

What do you think of rushing Heart Of Gold after Doran's Shield, so before Mercury's Threads? |

I love your guide and I am building Shen really similar, but I was just wondering this. You could do that if you like, it will only make like 1-2 mins difference so it's not a very big difference. I do recommend buying  Boots of Speed before Hearth of Gold if you really want to rush it. Being slow is never good!

dude,i was wondering if hp or mr & ar is more important on shen cos i have watched some vid guides & they all get hp items instead of ar & mr,pls get back 2 me,ty=D |

Having more hp and less mr & ar means that they need to get down more health but they will be hitting you more but building less hp and more mr & ar means that they need to get down less health but they will be hitting you less ... I would say mr & ar is better since it will make you look like an easier oponent. You have less health so they think they can easy get you down, but that's not really true thanks to your amr & ar. Having a lot of health will scare most people!
