Your build lacks out on sustain you have only 3% lifesteal. You can nuke tanks well but will lack out on sustain and you can get killed easily cause of low armor and mr you should go defensive seals and glyphs as others have commented about. Might be working in some situations but i dont believe it would work out that well.

I will admit i can see what they mean, but i have seen this build hands on and has carried so many matches. It has helped so much and if actually played/used right is way better then most builds out there.

I wouldn't play that, for many reasons.

1) As Digriiz said, you need some AD to boost with AS. I usually get at least a B.F. Sword before even thinking about Zeal. Increasing AS early game is a loss, and on the top of that, it multiplies the base AS of Tristana. Yeah, it gets around 1 at lvl 18, but early game, you don't want to multiply that, even with flat AD glyphs and seals.

2) Playing with defense glyph and seals gives a edge early game, as it allows Tristana to be more aggressive. A lvl 2 tristana can do wonders with just a Doran's Blade, by W-ing on the target, E-ing him and Igniting him, and then just gunning the poor champ as he fumbles in his slowed demeanor. BUT a squishy Tristana will succomb to the counter-attack. She needs some meat first.

3) Tristana MUST have Ignite. IMHO.

4) I find Rapid Shot quite useful around lvl 8, which is the point in game where I start to level it. It becomes a good tower buster, and if you got Zeal and Phantom Dancer, can be visually quite scary.

5) Even if the price is higher, I'd go with an early Infinity Edge over a Black Cleaver, with the importance of critical strike for a rapid gunner like Trist. Infinity Edge before the 25 min marks is my way to go.

6) Two masteries for Teleport? Really, now.

7) A DPS Tristana won't usually cast Explosive shot for damage after mid-game. Without AP, the damage rating is too bad. you cast Explosive shot for the rending attribute. I find that two points early game is quite enough for harassing (and getting DoT kills), and I won't need more ever. I buy the last three points at levels 15, 17 and 18.

Overall, I'm sure your build *could* work, but is suboptimal on many many points.

Yea you need to buy some AD first so AS can be usefull. And i dont like that you ignore your most important skill - Q
