Preface
You don't get two pairs of boots...I will explain later
Phoenix Jungling is pretty much the agreed upon best option for a fast jungle for Udyr. I don't actually agree. When executed correctly Tiger jungling can be incredibly fast and allow for a better transition to late game and better ganks.
Phoenix lets you burst down enemies early game very quickly, and I will consider adding a phoenix section, but I really prefer the AD tiger udyr.

Boots
Choosing berzerkers or boots of mobility depends(for me) entirely on how your level 4 gank goes.
I will get level 4 around the same time as mid and get my level one bear. By this time my ghost will be up too. Ping the map where you want to gank. And go get your gank. If you pull a double get boots of mobility, if you walk away empty handed get berzerkers. If you manage to kill one it is personal preference. I will go more in depth with how you gank in my jungling description.
Item Choice
I generally stick with what can be considered a hybrd of a junglers build to a ranged carry build. It lets you get some really good damage for picking off stragglers and anyone who over extends. Your role as I play is as an anticarry.
The items can really be reworked to fit how your game is going but this build and this style focuses on damage and ganking.

Jungling perfectly or as close to it as you can is an absolute requirement for paying DPS Udyr. Honestly if you get behind you might as well build him like a tank because you will not be fulfilling your role unless you have a good early game.
Jungling perfectly as tiger Udyr is problematic because to get good speed you pretty much need to have someone leashe blue for you or tank it. This is why I really like duos. My partner knows when to leave to make sure I get full XP which lets me get turtle before I move to wolves.
So for golem go into Tiger at 1:52
have your partner hit him at 1:55
hit golem as soon as you can, spam your Q until golem hits half health
your partner should get out now
keep hitting golem and Qing until your partner is out of XP range
smite for the kill
Now you should move on to dogs, you will be around half health, maybe more, maybe less depending how you are runed.
Hit the Big Wolf with Q and switch to turtle if you feel like you are going to die
as soon as you kill the last wolf go b.
pick up 2 health pots and one mana pot
Then ghost to wraiths
Hit the blue one with your Q and focus it down.
