These items shown above are very good, if they buy your mundo is hard and will have a lot of life. I recommend this build I've played this build which I published.
Pros / Cons
Pros
-good farmer
-a lot of armor
-a lot of magic resist
-a lot of health
-High hp regeneration
-good runner
-low coldown
-Ulti escape (run away, chasing our guy, and once we chase it with full HP.)
-No problems with mana (no mana)
Cons
--Skills take our HP
-In the early game badly hit by chopper takes us quite a lot of HP
-How bad is we fall we will use ulti
-At the start of Burning Agony takes the enormity of HP

Runes giving more life to help us persevere longer alive. We will need it at the beginning of the game (other player has low health you pops up to him and kill him while getting the first kill.
